Family Constellation Therapy is a phenomenological, effective, and transformative method that allows us to look at what is being denied, excluded, or not experienced in our family system. More than a therapy, Systemic Family Constellation Therapy is a philosophy that enables us to forge a new path, structured on the permission of flowing love.
Objective: To reveal relational entanglements, whether familial, social, or professional, so that, based on this knowledge, we can achieve greater fluidity in relationships in all areas of daily life, providing greater integration and harmony to ourselves and to all those who, directly or indirectly, are part of our lives.
Target Audience: Anyone who wants to expand their awareness and reap all the benefits that come with the new perspective they will gain from the people around them in their daily lives.
Format:
An initial introductory explanation of systemic constellations and their laws will be given, contextualizing the group within the proposed work. Following this, the constellations will be conducted, which participants can observe, assimilating the presented situations that are also relevant to everyone, or participate as a representative if they wish.
Facilitator: Sol Cunha
She holds degrees in Arts, Communication, Design, and Photography, and has practiced these fields for over 25 years. She works as an art educator, lecturer, and facilitator of courses on Systemic Approaches. She develops and implements projects on Systemic Education and Restorative Justice, facilitating group work as a systemic therapist. She is a facilitator in circular processes dedicated to peacebuilding. She is dedicated to spreading the transformative power of silence, assent, and reverence, enhancing social technology. Other courses complement her studies, skills, and competencies.
