THE Constellation therapy, conducted by a professional with solid training and experience, allows us, through experiences, to find the connection between our heart and our mind, enabling the development of resources that will help us in any area of our lives.

Successful work begins when we respect our place, our limits, and the extent to which we can act. In Family Constellation Therapy, we can observe life as it is and thus find the right solution for each situation in which we face difficulties. In these studies, we will learn about the functioning of family systems and how they influence our prosperity, health, and relationships.

Family Constellation therapy shows us that many of our difficulties stem from traumas or unresolved situations within our family system, which have been present for generations. We perceive this in the difficulties encountered within our families, in repetitive behaviors.
This is a field that is growing every day around the world, and here in Brazil it is already gaining ground in judicial mediations, systemic pedagogy, and the business sector, supporting other therapeutic practices.

Finding your place means recognizing your origins, knowing where you want to go, and ultimately, what your MISSION is.

Group Constellation Structure:
There will be an explanation of what Family Constellation Therapy is, its Laws, and how it helps in solving problems within family systems.

Next, some systemic and perception exercises will be proposed to better understand and retain the teachings.

Next, space will be opened for the people who will be participating in the constellation.

Important: The client will still be entitled to a preliminary interview and a private follow-up session with the facilitator, to be scheduled later.

Structure of Individual Constellation:

Individual Constellation Therapy is conducted in a consultation room using figurines, where only the facilitator and the person undergoing the constellation will be present.

There will be an explanation of what Family Constellation Therapy is, its Laws, and how it helps in solving problems within family systems.

Important: The client will still be entitled to a preliminary interview and a private follow-up session with the facilitator, to be scheduled later.

- solutions for problems in the family system;
- solutions for relationship problems in general;
- understanding the obstacles to achieving the desired success;
- to enjoy full and complete health;
- to free themselves from burdens that do not belong to them;

- an expansion of awareness with benefits for oneself and others.

Can I do a family constellation session for someone who isn't present?

Yes, constellation therapy can be done for anyone belonging to your family system.

What problems can I address through family constellations?

Issues related to health, lack of prosperity, relationships in general, finances, and work—in short, anything that is causing suffering—can be explored through constellation work.

Who is the family constellations facilitator and what is her experience?

Dr. Adriana Braz is a Clinical Psychologist specializing in Transpersonal therapy, a researcher, and a therapist in Chinese medicine. She is the author of the book " FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS - The Innovative Strategy for Conflict Resolution in the Judiciary". Adriana, author of " Transpersonal Psychology - The Science of Consciousness," holds a Master's degree in Developmental Psychology and Public Policy with research on Family Constellations in the Judiciary and a Doctorate in Health Psychology with research on FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS APPLIED TO MENTAL HEALTH. She seeks to integrate the tools of Eastern philosophy (theosophy, yoga, and Chinese medicine), acquired through her experience and studies living in China for 7 years, with Western knowledge (psychology, family constellations, and systemic theory) to aid in the integration of the Self and the Awakening of Consciousness . Adriana, a certified Family Constellation Facilitator from the Koziner Institute of São Paulo and the Hellinger Schule, is also a Yoga Instructor trained in India, an Acupuncturist trained in China, a Specialist in Psychosomatics, and holds postgraduate degrees in Transpersonal Psychology and Neuropsychology. She is also a lecturer.
