Recognized by the WHO

Reiki therapy, now recognized by the WHO - World Health Organization - was created in 1922 by the Japanese Buddhist monk Mikao Usui and is based on the channeling, by the Reiki practitioner, of the universal vital energy "Ki", which can be manipulated through the laying on of hands.

Increasingly used in hospitals today, this gentle and non-invasive technique aims to harmonize and restore energy, recovering and maintaining health.

Eastern medicine views illness as a symptom of disharmony in our subtle bodies; thus, through the application of hands, energy channels are realigned, and the natural state of the Reiki recipient is restored. In this way, the elimination of illness and the promotion of health are achieved through the rebalancing of the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

Reiki has no contraindications and serves as a complementary therapy for any type of treatment being performed.
